Staff Training and Change Management

Projects bring people together to develop skills, raise awareness and help staff manage change.  From detailed preparation with clients we create performances or workshops focusing specific concerns for each audience.  Our lively, ‘status-neutral’ style draws them gently into debate and sharing understandings of new or controversial issues .

All events are interactive; inviting the audience to comment, direct our actors to behave differently, or try-out alternative strategies themselves if they wish to join in the acting!  Keen staff or service users may rehearse and perform with us.
